• "Service Provider" or "Electrician" refers to professionals listed on our Platform
• "Services" refers to the connection and listing services provided by the Platform
• "Content" refers to all information, text, images, and materials on the Platform

3. Nature of Services

ElectriciansIndia.com is a platform that connects Customers with Electricians. We are an intermediary and do not provide electrical services directly.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Electricians, nor do we guarantee their qualifications or credentials, despite our verification efforts.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

5. Terms for Customers

As a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries
• Use the Platform only for legitimate service requirements
• Treat Electricians with respect and professionalism
• Make payments directly to Electricians as agreed
• Provide honest and fair reviews based on actual experiences
• Not misuse Electrician contact information for spam or harassment
• Report any issues or concerns to us promptly

6. Terms for Electricians/Service Providers

As a Service Provider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Hold all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required by law
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide services as described and agreed with customers
• Maintain professional conduct and avoid fraudulent practices
• Not manipulate reviews or ratings
• Pay applicable fees for premium services as agreed
• Keep your listing information current and accurate

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise Platform security
• Using automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Scraping or copying Platform content without authorization
• Circumventing any Platform features or security measures
• Engaging in any illegal activities
• Soliciting users outside the Platform to avoid fees

8. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings. By submitting a review, you:

• Confirm the review is based on genuine experience
• Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the review
• Agree not to post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Understand we may remove reviews that violate these Terms

We do not verify reviews and are not responsible for their accuracy. Electricians may respond to reviews professionally.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to ElectriciansIndia.com and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

10. Fees and Payments

Basic Platform access is free for Customers. Electricians may be charged for premium listings or featured placements. All fees are:

• Exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Non-refundable unless specified in our refund policy
• Subject to change with prior notice

Payments between Customers and Electricians are separate from Platform fees and are the sole responsibility of those parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or conduct of Electricians or other users
• We are not liable for any damage to property or personal injury arising from services provided by Electricians

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ElectriciansIndia.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Between Users

Disputes between Customers and Electricians should be resolved directly between the parties. We may assist in mediation but are not obligated to do so.

14.2 With the Platform

Any dispute with ElectriciansIndia.com shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation
• If unresolved within 30 days, submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in English
• Governed by Indian law

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ElectriciansIndia.com regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
